ABSTRACT

This design for Kailuan Qianjiaying Mines 1,8 Mt/a new well design. Kailuan Qianjiaying Mines located at the Hebei Province Tangshan northeast, good communications. The well field moves toward (thing) long approximately 8km, the tendency (north and south) long approximately 3.5km, the well field total area is 27.57km2. The main mining coal level is 7 coals, 9 coals, the mean obliquity for 12°, the coal bed is always thick is 5.6m equally. The well field geological condition is simpler. The well field commercial production is 204Mt, mine pit recoverable resources 137Mt. The mine pit service life is 52 years, the welling up water volume is not big, the mine pit normal welling up water volume is 220m3/h, the welling up water volume is 570m3/h most greatly. The damp gushing out quantity is low, for low gaseous mine. the well field division is three levels, the first horizontal elevation for - 900m, the second horizontal elevation for - 1150m, the third horizontal elevation for - 1350m, double vertical shaft development, main shaft equipment ore basket, auxiliary shaft equipment cage. The inside slope extends to two, three levels. The big lane uses the leather belt to transport the coal, the xiliary haulage uses the 1.5t theater box type mine car transportation. The mine ventilation way ventilates for the central boundary type. The mine pit year working day is 330d, the work routine is “38” the system.
