ABSTRACT

TD—SCDMA,whichcombines

withCDMA.isonealltheadvantageofthetimedivisiondeplex(TDD)ofthethreemainstandardsofthird-generationmobileradiosystem.

useFurthermore,itmakesofmanyadvancedtechniques,suchassmartantenna,joint

detection(JD),andsoon.So,TD—SCDMAisthemostefficientinusingthespectruminthethreemainstandards.

Joint

onDetectionisoneofthekeytechniquesinTD—SCDMAsystem.anditisbasedcanmulti-userdetection.Jointdetectionreduceoreliminatethemultiaccessinterference(MAO,intersymbolinterference(IsoandNear-Fareffects,simplifypowercontrol,reducepowercontrolprecision,andremedythenegativeinfluencecausedbythe

code.Consequently,jointdetectionnonidealrelativityoftheorthogonalspreading

techniquecallimprovethesystemperformance,increasethesystemcapacity,andextendthecellcoverage.

ThecharacterofthephysicallayerproceduresforTD—SCDMAsystemisintroducedandthenChapter2explainsthejoint—detectionmodelfortheuplinkofTD SCDMAsystem.Astydyhas
