ABSTRACT

This paper is based on the analysis of the design of the charger of TL494 electric bicycle , which mainly includes the application of the rectifier filter and various ways of charging, the application of the switching power supply and PWM working principle; also the explanation of DC or AC power conversion of the full-bridge and half-bridge switching power and of the chip of TL494 PWM IC .The paper mainly analyzes the TL494 chip “Shandong GD36 half-bridge charger”and its working principle , working process,its advantages and disadvantages.
