Abstract

At present, LED display, as a new generation of information media, the city has become a symbol of the modernization of information. With the social and economic advances in the LED display technology, as well as the continuous improvement of people’s LED display will be more and more in-depth understanding of its applications will become more and more widely.In this paper, the design of a 16*16 dot matrix circuit, you can display Chinese characters, English, Arabic and other graphics, and so on.
