摘 要

随着经济持续发展和个人收入的提高，社会逐步呈现多元化趋向，家庭结构、价值观与态度、消费行为、品味、风格、生活形态等出现变迁，多元化的特色旅游活动正式成为人们旅游消费的热点。而漂流作为一项新兴的集观光、休闲和惊险体验于一体的特色的旅游项目，越来越受到游客的青睐，成为我国旅游业的新亮点，龙鲸河漂流作为粤东第一漂同样也受到游客的关注。

我国的漂流资源极为丰富，但是很多地方漂流景区的开发仍处于起步阶段，存在着很多问题。游客满意度不仅是反映旅游目的地竞争力的一项关键指标，还能找出并解决旅游目的地存在的问题，完善旅游目的地，提高竞争力。虽然目前对游客满意度的调查分析很多，但是对于漂流景区游客满意度调查分析还比较少。基于此，本文根据漂流景区自身的特点，对龙鲸河漂流景区游客满意度进行调查分析。从中寻找和分析影响龙鲸河漂流景区游客满意度的关键因素，指出龙鲸河漂流景区的薄弱环节，提出有针对性的管理措施，以指导龙鲸河漂流景区的改进，提高游客满意度，赢得游客的忠诚。

LONG JINGHE DRIFT SCENIC SPOT SURVEY ON THE

TOURISTS SATISFACTION

ABSTRACT

With the sustained development of economy and people income rise, the society gradually diversified trend, family structure, values and attitudes, consumption behavior, taste, style, life style and change, diversification of the tourism activities officially become tourism consumption hot spots. While drifting as a new set of tourism, leisure and adventure experience in one of the characteristics of tourism projects, more and more tourists, become China's tourism industry a new bright spot, Long Jinghe Crusoe as eastern Guangdong first drift is also subject to the attention of visitors.

Our drifting resources are very rich, but many places drift scenic spot development is still in its infancy, there are a lot of problems. Tourist satisfaction is not only the reflection of tourism destination competitiveness of one of the key indicators, can find out and solve the problems of tourism destination, improve tourist destination, enhance competition ability. Although the tourists satisfaction survey analysis of many, but to drift scenic spot tourist satisfaction survey analysis also less. Based on this, this article according to the drift scenic spot with its own characteristics, the Long Jinghe drift tourist satisfaction survey analysis. Find out and analyze the influence of Long Jinghe drift scenic spot tourist satisfaction factors, pointed out that Long Jinghe drift scenic spot weak link, put forward some management measures, to guide Long Jinghe drift scenic spot improvement, improve the satisfaction of tourists, tourists won.
