家庭文化资本是教育社会学研究领域关注的一个重要课题，也是近年来学者们越来越关注的问题。但是，学者们的研究多集中在家庭文化资本对子女影响的普适性论证上，而对家庭文化资本传承内在机制的关注和分析尚且不够。本论文通过深度访谈和相关文献的分析，旨在从家庭文化资本传承这一动态过程出发,全面分析和探讨家庭文化资本传承过程中的内容、环节和特点。

研究表明，家庭文化资本的传承内容大致可分为智力文化资本和品质文化资本两方面。每个家庭文化资本的传承具体侧重于哪些方面，有赖于该家庭文化资本的含量和层次。具有较高文化程度、较高职业层次或成就的家庭，在文化资本传承内容上往往经过慎重考虑和选择，在智力文化资本上，他们更注重子女高雅兴趣的培养，在品质文化资本上，更注重果断、自主、开朗的品格培养；而相对具有较低文化程度、较低职业层次或成就的家庭，在智力文化资本传承能力上非常有限，在品质文化资本传承上，更注重顺从、忍耐、勤劳等与中国传统文化相关的品质文化资本，且传承具有自发性。从历史宏观角度看，不同时期家庭文化资本的传承内容有所不同，这种不同往往与当时的社会变迁密切相关。

家庭文化资本的传承是一个动态过程，它包括传递、生成、转换与确认三个环节。在传递环节中，言传身教是实现家庭文化资本传递的有效方式；在生成环节中，子女既继承了原有的家庭文化资本，也会依据周围的环境和自己的兴趣，进行自我选择和自我定向，形成新的获得性文化资本。但是，无论何种文化资本，要获得社会的认可并具有社会价值，都必须经过转换与确认，这就是第三个环节。在中国现阶段，转换与确认的最高权威就是层层的考试制度，尤其是高考制度，藉此，家庭文化资本才能实现其社会价值，并转化为经济资本、社会资本等财富。上述三个环节承上启下，相互关联，任何一个环节发生中断都会导致家庭文化资本传承的失败。此外，家庭文化资本在传承过程中具有不确定性、漫长性、持久性等特点。

As an important issue of education sociology, the cultural capital of family has been studied more and more in China in recent years. However, most studies are focused on demonstration of the cultural capital’s influence on the offspring, ignoring the cultural capital of family itself. The result is, we can see what the influence is, but we don’t know how it works. Therefore, at the view of succeed of the cultural capital of family, the dissertation analyses and studies the contents, process, methods and characters of the cultural capital of family in its process.

By interviewing several people and checking relevant information, the dissertation finds that the cultural capital of family includes intelligence cultural capital and personality capital. Each family has the different content and level of the cultural capital of family that decided the different of influence on offspring. To more details, the family who has advanced education background, career level and achievements that we called the advantaged family of cultural capital usually think over the content of inheritance so that make choice carefully. The family, on the side of intelligence cultural capital, focuses on the elegant tastes such as planning，playing piano，classic music; on the side of personality cultural capital, it focuses on modern culture personality such as determination, independence, openness and so on. Compared with it, the family lacking of the advantaged cultural capital of family has limitation on transformed the intelligence capital, and it focuses on the traditional personalities such as obedience, endurance, hardworking and so on. Historically speaking, the families in different periods in history have different contents of cultural capital of family because of the condition of society. The integrity process of cultural capital of family is composed of three sections. They are passing, inheritance and identifying. In the first section, teaching by personal example and instructions is the effective way .In the second section, the offspring both inherited the cultural capital of family and created new cultural capital of family

In order to be accepted by the society, the cultural capital of family must be converted and identified, which is the third section. Generally speaking, in China, the most authorized way of to be identified is the examination institution, especially the entrance-examination. Only by the way can the owner of the cultural capital gain the economic capital and social capital. The three sections are connected fast and each of them is indispensable in the integrity process. To be more, the characteristics of the process are unstable, long lasting and durative.
