［Abstract］With the current situation of state-owned enterprise management, such as corruption, violation of decision-making, passive management, etc., this article puts forward the conception of 'integrity power'whose connotation includes the democratic and scientific decision-making, high-effect implementation, observation of party discipline and the law of the State, honest and self-disciplined, and the comprehensive strength of enterprises. This article thinks that the main risks, which affect the role of integrity power of state-owned

enterprises, include the violation in the principles and procedures of democratic and scientific decision-making, the abuse of power for personal gains, corruption, squandering of public funds, excessive post consumption, etc. To deal with those risks, we should improve the internal control system, enhance management incentives and exert the political advantage of state-owned enterprises.
