350L CO2 heat pump water heater
Abstract
The tecnolige of human become better and better from the time of treat machine being tecked. Along with the signing of "Montreal Protocol", carbon dioxide has been paid much attention again due to its no toxic, no influence to ozonosphere, GWP=1 and attractive thermodynamic characteristics. Under its trans-critical cycle, there appears high temperature at compressor exit and a large temperature glide at the gas cooler, which makes CO2 have a wide application in the water heater. In this paper, the trans-critical cycle characteristics of heat pump system is introduced, the virtue and shortcoming of CO2 heat pump water heater is discussed, the overview of its research and its application on heat pump water heater is presentation and the suggestion of improving the carbon dioxide heat pump water heater efficiency was put forward.
According to the carbon dioxide cycle characteristic, a 350L the CO2 heat pump water heater is designed, major components and the control mode as follows:
(1) Serpentined thimble is designed as the gas cooler. And in order to reduce its structure size, the inner copper tube is made up with low fins;
(2) Evaporator uses the forced-air cooling type fin-and-tube heat exchanger, the pipe is copper tube, the fin is aluminum fin;
(3) CO2 half seal reciprocating compressor made in Dorin Corporation is used in this system;
(4) The integration type automation defrost mode is used in this design, and the
