Gasoline Filling Station Safety Assessment

ABSTRAC：In recent years, accompanied by the rapid economic development, and also around the rapid increase in motor vehicles, to provide energy support services and facilities - the city of motor vehicles in public filling stations in the same rate of increase.

Since automobile gasoline filling station retails gasoline which isflammable, explosive, easily electrostatic, volatilizable, easily leaky, poisonous hazard character matter, in case accident in automobile gasoline filling station happened,it would not easily controlled and its affection would be tremendous. Since period of time, equipments of automobile gasoline filling station fall short of safety standard, these are also improperly used, safety management system and manipulation regulation are deficient, workers' operation diathesis is low, fire, explosion and environment polluted accident happen frequently, this accident brings large loss to automobile gasoline filling station and society, and affects its management and entourage. So, evidently, it is very important to enhance its safety technique and management level.

Safety assessment (risk assessment) is a passport to enhance safety management level and accident prevented technique level of automobile gasoline filling station. It also is successful experience in west industry developed countries. Practical application indicates that developing safety assessment makes automobile gasoline filling station's omnidirectionally system effectively reduce accident and occupational controls automobile gasoline filling station's harm, whole management course and reasonably chooses investment for safety production.
