物流供应链-货代与物流本质上的区别

1，货代是货运代理人，不是船公司实际承运人。

2，货代与物流(第三方)、货运公司本质上是一样的。

3，货代又不同于船代，船代可以代表船公司处理有关订舱，签单，改单，放箱等工作。4，货代有一级与二级之分，一级货代有美金发票，二级没有而且必须要到国税局开票。5，一级货代可直接向船公司订舱，但不一定有资格订舱，有许多船公司只指定了几个少数的货代做为订舱口。所以并不是说一级就是怎么着了。大部份的一级只能局限于几个船公司有订舱权。

6，有钉舱权一级货代并不一定能拿得好的价格与服务，有许多情况，订舱货代反而要向通过他订舱那家货代(其他一级或二级)拿价格与舱位。

7，货代挂靠很正常，不是说所有挂靠就没实力，所以不要只听那个货代是挂靠的就怎么着了，当然，要是你是挂靠的，也不要口口声声一定要说我们是一级的在哪里的办事处，是挂靠就是挂靠的，还有啊，也不要是我们是一级的怎么样怎么样了，一级也不一定是有能力的，但二级也不要以为自己有点关系了就怎么着怎么着了，呵呵，明白的货主看重的是你是不是合适自己的货代。

8，口岸(上海，宁波)的货代不一定是一代，90%以上口岸货代也是没有订舱权的货代或者二代，所以不要以为口岸的货代怎么着怎么着的好了。

9，货代的主要工作是订舱，报关，车运等工作，不是什么都能做的。

10，报关不一定是报关行(公司)，货代也可以报，有的货代只做报关的事情，其他事情他不做!
