建筑施工企业信息化建设探析

【摘要】：随着建设工程项目的日趋大型化、复杂化和国际化，信息的交流与传递日趋频繁，建设工程项目管理信息化已引起国家、政府部门和许多企业的高度重视，在这方面的投入也在逐年增加，使得近年来我国建设工程项目管理领域在这方面的研究和开发水平在逐年提高，但实际应用状况却并不乐观，对建设项目管理的促进并没有达到预期的效果。本文通过建设工程项目管理信息化发展现状的分析，就管理体制、管理的基础工作、组织和组织行为方面存在的问题及产生的原因和解决方法进行探讨研究，采取一定的策略，形成一套科学合理的建设工程项目管理组织体系，从而确保建设工程项目管理信息化的实施。
