摘 要
本文介绍了丙烯腈生产基本情况及年产8000吨合成工艺系统流程,介绍了丙烯腈的生产情况,合成基本原理,发展前景及工艺流程的概述和工艺合成的基本方法,并且对设备进行物料,热量衡算和工艺计算。
在工业生产条件下,对于丙烯氨氧化法,主反应生成丙烯腈,是一个非均相反应;与此同时,在催化剂表面还发生一系列副反应。
丙烯腈生产技术的发展主要是朝2个方向:1装置规模向大型化发展。2新型催化剂的开发及应用
通过物料衡算,得到所需原料丙烯、氨、硫酸和原料水的消耗量。
通过热量衡算确定所需冷却水的用量和设备出口温度。经计算,均满足需要。 初步设计阶段经过设备的工艺计算初定的工艺设备型号,其中:标准设备已选定了型号或标准号。对非标准设备,因未进行设备的施工设计,只能给出大致格,可作为向设备专业提出设计条件的依据。

Abstract
This article describes the basic situation of acrylonitrile production and synthesis of 8,000 tons annual output of system flow,introduced acrylonitrile production,synthesis of basic principles,development prospects and process overview and synthesis of the basic method of process and equipment for material,And process heat balance calculation
Acrylonitrile production technology mainly towards two directions: a device to large-scale development. 2 The development and application of new catalysts
By material balance,obtain the required raw material propylene,ammonia,sulfuric acid and water consumption of raw materials.
Heat balance determined by the required amount of cooling water outlet temperature and the equipment. Is calculated,are to meet the need.
The preliminary design stage through the equipment,process equipment,process calculation an initial list,including: standard equipment has been selected the model or standard number. On non-standard equipment, the construction of equipment for the design not only gives the general format,the device ACN be used as the basis for professional design conditions proposed.
