一、听课、评课。

杨叔萍主任多年来注重研究课堂教学，今天她又展示了一节读写课，把读写课的基本步骤通过授课形式展示给大家，让老师们从中领悟。课后杨主任把她设计这堂课的思路和大家进行了交流。老师们也对这节读写课也发表了自己的看法，并提出了建议，对读写课模式(修改稿)进行了讨论。清池中学的段媛媛、黄建英，张素霞、振华中学的马金玲等几位老师在评课时直言不讳，针对某些环节发表了自己的见解：“假如我来上这节课，在这个环节上，我这样做……”

最后，教研员张伯红老师对听说课和读写课进行了精辟的解读，并对《初中英语课堂教学评价标准》又作了强调：1. 目标明确; 2. 多层设计; 3. 学生参与; 4. 注重实效。张老师强调，要把“五四一”模式落实到平时的授课上，老师们要珍惜机会，积极参加课改，以提高自己的业务水平。

二、总结上学期的教研活动，布置今学期的教学教研活动。

张老师首先肯定了上学期教研活动的优点，然后指出了不足，对本学期的教研活动作了布置和要求，并强调每次教研活动结束，各位老师必须写反思，并把学到的经验落实到实际教学中去;每人建立博克，每周发表一篇随笔，交流教学经验;以学校、年级为单位出无分数评价优秀试题，并进行展示和评比;今年我区的课堂教学活动评比以市教学模式为依据，尤其是青年教师平时上课必须按“五四一”模式;加强集体备课，各校把集体备课发到英语学科公共邮箱，达到资源共享。

本次教研活动，老师们参与率高，没出现无故缺席现象，听课认真，讨论积极，达到了预期目的。相信今学期我区的英语教学一定会取得优异成绩。

in november and december, 31 energetic and creative teachers had joined the english teaching competition. they’ve presented a lot of wonderful teaching ideas to us. some teachers focused on reading, some focused on writing and some focus on phonics. they really bring brainstorming to my mind.
