东莞市塘厦镇污水处理工程初步设计—工艺A

摘要:我国中小城镇数量众多,但是大多数中小城镇没有污水处理设施,大量的

污水未经处理便直接排入水体,给水环境质量造成很大威胁。为此需设计经济合理的工艺对城镇污水进行处理,使其达到排放要求,降低对环境的危害。根据设计资料,设计水量15000m3/d,BOD/COD=0.37~0.59,说明可生化性好,适宜采用微生物处理工艺。设计采用前置厌氧池+carrousel氧化沟工艺,该工艺具有:工艺流程简单,运行管理方便;运行稳定,处理效果好;能承受水量、水质的冲击负荷等优点。经处理后污泥无需进行厌氧消化,污水能达到《城镇污水处理厂污水污泥排放标准(GB18918-2002)》中一级B标的排放要求。工程总投资1806.46万元,投资偿还期6.83年。

Preliminary Design of Tangxia Town, Dongguan City Sewage

Treatment Programme—Craft A

Abstract: There is a large number of small and midsized towns in China, but most of

them without sewage treatment facility, the massive sewage then directly discharge into the water body without treatment, it’s a very big threat for the water environmental quality. Therefore we needs to design the economical reasonable craft to treat the cities sewage, enables it to meet the emissions requirements, reduces harm to the environment. According to the design information, design water volume 15000m3/d, BOD/COD=0.37~0.59, explained that the biochemistry be good, uses the microorganism processing craft being suitable. The design uses the pretage anaerobic pond and carrousel oxidation ditch craft, the craft has it’s advantage: simple technical process, convenient operational guidance; Moves stably, good processing effect; Be able to stand the impact load of water volume and water quality and so on. After processing the sludge does not need to carry on the anaerobic digestion, the sewage can meet 《Cities Sewage Treatment Plant Sewage and Sludge Emission Standard (GB18918-2002)》 first-level B sign. The progamme total investment 18,064,600 Yuan, investment recoupment period in 6.83 years.
