A s w ith all answ ers to job interv iew questions, think about the po sition y ou are apply ing for. A re the interv iew ers looking for a team w orker? Did they mention this in the adv ert or is it implicit in the job description? If a team play er is required, tell the interv iewers that y ou w ork w ell in a team. Give an example if y ou can. You might say:
"I prefer to w ork in teams. I find that better decisions are reached w hen people w ork together and share ideas. O f course I'm happy to w ork alone w hen required too."
If the job is mostl y done alone, y ou might say:
"I w ork v er y well by my self because I'm self motivated, organized and conscientious. I'm comfortable w orking in teams though and recognize that this is better in some situations".
