H ow would your boss describe you?

If y ou get the job, your interv iew er may be your future boss so y ou need to answ er this question carefully. Describe y ourself as any boss w ould w ant to see y ou. You might say:

"My boss w ould describe me as hard w orking, loy al, friendly and committed. He w ould say that I w ork w ell on my ow n initiativ e and deliv er w hat he w ants on time and to a high standard".

A gain, don’t use the te rm “I think my boss w ould say..” as it giv es an element of do ubt. Be positiv e and certain w ith the int e rv iew answ er y ou giv e.

* What motivates you?

I am motiv ated by being around other positiv e people, w e might question if w orking alone w ould suit them.

I am motiv ated by targets.
