* H ow well do you wor k under pressure?

“I know th at all jobs inv olv e some sort of pressure at some time. I can w ork as w ell under pressure as I do at any other time but w hen I am busy, I prioritize activ ities so that my w orkload is manageable.”

If the interv iew ers focus on other pressure, such as pressure to meet targets, dealing w ith difficult customers etc, giv e an appropriate reply, mentioning past situations w here y ou hav e coped under such pressure.

* What sor t of people do you find it difficult to wor k with?

“I am an easy going person w ho seems to get on w ith ev er y one. If I hav e to pick a ty pe of person that bothers me, it's the o ne w ho doesn't pull their w eight or isn't w orried about the standard of their w ork because it reflects badly on the rest of the team.”
