FCV(FuelCellVehicle)ispropelledbythefuelcellpowersystem.TheinteriornoisecharacterofafuelcellcaristotallychangedduetothedifferentpowersystemandvehiclestructurecomparedwiththecombustrionenginecaLConsideringthatinteriornoiseisoneofthemostimportantindexesforvehicle’sridecomfort,itisnecessarytodosomeresearchtoFCV’SinteriornoiseandtotakeeffectiveandpracticalmeasurestocontrolnoiseandimproveFCV’Sridecomfort.
Thestudyobjectofthispaperisoneprototypeoffuelcellcars‘star3’.Throughavibro—acousticexperimenttheinteriornoiseandsomecomponents’vibrationlevelsindifferentoperatingconditionaremeasured.Thetestresultsshowthatinteriornoiseofthereal"ismoreseriousthanthatofthefrontandthemajorfrequencydomainofthenoiseisbelow1500Hz.Inlowspeedoperatingconditionthehydrogensupplypumpandfanoffuelcellaccessorialsystemarethemainnoisesourcesandtheairbornenoisetransfersdirectlyintointeriorthroughtheholesandleaksoftherearshelfandsquabpanel;whilethetractionmotor’Scontributiontotheinteriornoisebecomesmoreandmoredominatedwiththegrowthofthevehicle’Sspeed.Themotor’SunbalanceexcitingforcestransfertoCarbodythroughmountsandsubframewhichcausesthebodypanelsvibratingandradiatingnoise.
Accordingtotheexperimentalresultandpracticalfactors,wetakenoiseinsulationandabsorbilitymeasurestocontroltheairbornenoiseradiatingfromhydrogenpumpandfantotransferintotheinterior.Thevalidationtestprovesthatthesemeasuresareeffective.ThenoisecausedbythetractionmotorinhighspeedoperatingconditionCanbereducebyoptimizethemount’Sstiffnessanddampparameterswhichalsoimprovethemountsystem’Svibrationinsulatedperformance.Inthispaperasimulationmodeloftractionmotor-flexiblesubframemountsystemisfoundedinADAMS.Basedonthismodeltheflexiblesubframe’seffecttothesystem’Smodeisdiscussedandthetractionmotor’Smodediscoupledcharacteriscalculated.Atlastthestiffnessparametersofthemountsareoptimizedinthe
